For the accurate time in the clockproject i'm using DCF-77 type receivers sold by Conrad and those sold by Pollin. As the later one is half the price of the Conrad-one this one is favorite. Although the receivers look the same, the one as sold by Pollin has only positive logic output. For some clocks i needed negative logic outputs so i made a little interface that provides a LED indicator output as well (handy when you're installing/adjusting the position of the receiver).
Here's the schematic:

The signal from the receiver goes through U1A as a buffer/inverter so J2-3 has the inverted clocksignal. Pin J2-4 has buffered normal signal from the receiver. U1C can drive a LED via R2 on J2-5 & J2-6. The circuit U1D is used to reset the receiver at power-up.
And here's the artwork made with Proteus VSM (wonderfull package!!!!)
